JCK is responsible for the takedown, palletization, and installation of Automated Robot Welding Cells for a Tier One Automotive Supplier. This includes the disassembly, packaging and installation of Welding Robots, Spot Weld Robots, Tip Dresser Tools and various part specific tooling equipment. JCK will also be palletizing and installing all the Robot Cell Control Panels, PLC Panels and HMI Panels.
We will be responsible for the installation of all the Robot Cell safety fencing, safety gates and safety light curtains and also be responsible for the takedown and installation of Robot cabling and cable trays. JCK’s will be providing engineering services in order to support the reinstallation efforts.
