We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales / Marketing Coordinator – Order Desk Fulfillment. This hybrid role blends customer-facing order management with CRM ownership, sales operations, and marketing enablement. You’ll be the central hub connecting customers, sales, operations, and logistics — ensuring every order runs smoothly, every customer feels supported, and the sales team has the tools and insights to grow.

What You'll Do as our Sales / Marketing Coordinator – Order Desk Fulfillment
- Customer Order Management
- Process customer orders and quotes via phone, email, or website
- Verify product availability and prepare quotations for custom projects
- Monitor order status, communicate delays, and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
- Support forecasting by identifying customer needs and stock trends
- Sales / Marketing & Customer Success
- Own and manage the CRM system (HubSpot): data integrity, reporting, automation
- Support sales with product info, samples, and customer specifications
- Coordinate trade shows, Lunch & Learns, and product presentations
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor and update website content for accuracy
- Lead customer feedback loops and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, sales operations, or order management
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Sage 300/Enterprise, NetStock, FreshDesk, Microsoft 365
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for solving problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Track record of solving cross-functional problems and improving efficiency
