We are known for our high standards, strong client relationships, and hands-on, team-based approach — and we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who wants to grow into a senior client-facing role within the exhibit industry.


The Role


The Junior Account Manager works closely with Senior Account Managers and Project Managers to support and manage client trade show projects from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in exhibits, events, or trade shows who is ready to take on greater ownership of projects while continuing to learn from a senior team.


You will act as a key point of contact for assigned clients and projects, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, logistics, and show services to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and a high level of customer service.


This role offers a clear development path toward Account Manager / Project Manager responsibilities.


Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Support



  • Support assigned client accounts and trade show programs under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding schedules, deliverables, and project updates

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day account support

  • Help build long-term client relationships through strong service and follow-through


Project Coordination & Execution



  • Assist in managing trade show projects from kickoff to show close

  • Create and maintain work-back schedules, timelines, and task lists

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated

  • Track project details including graphics, fabrication elements, rentals, shipping, installation, and dismantle

  • Prepare project documentation such as pull sheets, packing lists, and show instructions


Logistics & Show Services



  • Work with logistics partners and show contractors to coordinate freight, drayage, and show services

  • Assist with shipping documentation, tracking, and on-site coordination as required

  • Support on-site installations or site visits when needed (occasional evenings/weekends)


Sales & Estimating Support



  • Assist with preparing estimates, budgets, and proposals

  • Support senior team members with pricing, vendor coordination, and cost tracking

  • Participate in internal project reviews and post-show debriefs


Team Collaboration & Growth



  • Work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and Operations

  • Learn exhibit fabrication methods, materials, systems, and processes

  • Continuously build industry knowledge and take initiative to grow within the role

You are organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with clients and teams to bring projects together. You’re confident communicating professionally, but you also know when to ask questions and lean on senior team members.


You enjoy a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and are motivated to grow into a more senior account or project management role over time.


Skills & Qualifications



  • 2–4 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or a related industry

  • Post-secondary education (college or university)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Working knowledge of exhibit systems, booth construction, or event production

  • Understanding of graphic production and fabrication workflows is an asset

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with project management or work management software (e.g. Smartsheet) is an asset

  • Professional, proactive, and “get-it-done” mindset


What We Offer

  • Salary Range: $68,000- $75,000/ annually
