What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor our front line heroes: our Care Providers.
- Elevate customer experience with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Partner with hospitals, physicians, and families for seamless client care.
- Support new and emerging programs that strengthen community-based care.
- Help create a culture where everyone feels supported and inspired.
- Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with CNO.
- Leadership experience in community and home health.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for helping clients live well at home.
